Becky Sulik, RD, LD, CDE
Becky is currently the Director of Education at the Rocky Mountain Diabetes & Osteoporosis Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho. As a registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator for the past 10 years, she works closely with physicians and patients to facilitate diabetes self-management education.
Becky has had Type 1 diabetes for 24 years and has worn an insulin pump for 18 years. She especially loves working with children and patients on insulin pumps. She is a certified pump trainer for many of the insulin pump companies and does the majority of new insulin pump training at the center.
She also serves as a study coordinator in our Clinical Research department, giving her the opportunity to work with many new diabetes medications and devices in the research setting.
She served as the President of the Idaho Dietetics Association 2003-2004 and is active in the American Association of Diabetes Educators and the American Diabetes Association. She obtained a B.S. degree in Dietetics from Idaho State University.
Becky is married and has two children. She loves chocolate, cats, reading (especially Harry Potter), cooking, and traveling.
