Clinical Research Coordinator
– Full Time in Idaho Falls

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) coordinates and administers clinical trials under the direction of the Research Manager and the Principal Investigator following good clinical practice guidelines. The CRC works with study subjects and formulates, implements, and organizes research and managerial processes to ensure the successful operation of clinical trials. The CRC carries out various administrative tasks that involve analytical skills, good decision-making ability, and a sound knowledge of study-related practices. The position requires a medical background as well as strong clerical skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. CMA, LPN or similar credential is preferred. Experience in a healthcare or research environment is helpful.

Medical Office Receptionist
– Full & Part Time in Idaho Falls

The Medical Office Receptionist is typically the first and last contact with our patients and plays a key role in fulfilling the mission of the Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center to create a healing environment for our patients. The receptionist warmly greets patients and carries out various reception tasks including check in, check out, and scheduling. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent people skills and patience. Our phone and health record systems are automated and require the candidate to have very strong computer and phone skills. Previous experience in a medical reception environment is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Laboratory Assistant
– Full Time in Idaho Falls

The Laboratory Assistant performs various tasks to prepare samples for testing on laboratory analyzers. This is a very fast-paced position that requires keen attention to detail and accuracy. The position requires excellent computer skills. Previous experience in a medical laboratory is preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Some biology or medical-related education preferred.
