Jacqlyn Raivo, RDN, LD

Jacqlyn graduated from the University of Idaho and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in 2018, and has been actively practicing in diabetes management ever since. Although Jacqlyn does not personally live with diabetes, she has dedicated her career to supporting the health and well-being of those who do.  Her goal is to help people reduce the burden of living with chronic diseases by making disease management more habitual, sustainable, and automatic.

Jacqlyn lives with Celiac Disease, giving her a personal understanding of the challenges associated with specialized dietary needs.  As a result, she has a particular interest in helping individuals navigate food allergies and intolerances.  She believes that all foods can fit into a healthy diet and that everyone deserves to enjoy eating.  Her philosophy is that the most sustainable diet is one that supports health goals, includes foods that taste good to the individual, and can realistically be maintained long-term.

Born and raised in Idaho, Jacqlyn grew up in Idaho Falls and continues to call the area home.  She lives with her husband and their four furry family members, one dog and three cats. Together, they enjoy exploring Idaho’s natural beauty, soaking in hot springs, floating the Payette River, and searching for the coolest rocks they can find.  They also share a love of cooking and good food.  When she is not working, Jacklyn is often found in her craft room, creating whatever project sparks her interest at the moment.
