Lisa Hardy is a registered and licensed dietitian in the State of Idaho and is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. She has had experience working with a variety of patients from WIC programs participants to nursing home and hospital patients.

She was trained at Utah State University in Logan, UT and did her rotations in Salt Lake City, UT at Holy Cross Hospital, Primary Children’s Hospital, Renal Dialysis Center, and Salt Lake Community Health Center.

Lisa enjoys providing diabetes education for a variety of patients and has training in celiac disease. She teaches the monthly education classes in Idaho Falls and provides services at the Rexburg satellite clinic for patients that live in Rexburg and the surrounding areas. Lisa also provides school training and health fairs.

Personal Background

Lisa enjoys backpacking, hiking and traveling with her family. She loves trying new recipes, especially vegetarian diet foods for marathon runners. She and her husband, Scott, have 5 children and reside in Rexburg, Idaho.
