Ingredients
Fruit Filling
- 4 C apple pie filling
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 C cranberry sauce (whole berry sauce is best)
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Topping
- 2 C reduced fat Bisquick
- 1 C sugar
- ΒΌ C canola oil
- 1 egg
- 1 C skim evaporated milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Mix apples, cranberry sauce, lemon juice, and cinnamon together, and pour into a baking dish. Mix sugar and egg together. Add milk and oil, and mix well. Add Bisquick, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix until lumpy but all ingredients moistened. Spread over the top of the fruit filling. Sprinkle a bit of cinnamon over the top to add color. Makes approximately 6-8 servings.
