Cheese Flautas



Preheat oven to 375°. Microwave each corn tortilla on a double thickness of paper towels for about 30 seconds to soften. Lightly brush oil on one side of each tortilla, and place oil side down on a cookie sheet. Place a stick of string cheese on one edge of each tortilla, and roll tightly. Set the rolled-up tortillas seam side down on the cookie sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the tortillas are crisp. Yield: 4 servings.
