Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 3 C cornflakes, finely crushed
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into 1 inch bite-sized pieces
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°. Whisk eggs and mix together in a small bowl and then set it aside. Place cornflakes in a gallon-sized zip-lock bag; crush the cornflakes with a rolling pin. Dip each chicken piece in the egg/milk mixture, and then shake the chicken pieces in the cornflakes to coat. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and place each nugget on sheet. Bake 15 minutes or until done. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Yield: 6 servings
