3 oz boneless/skinless chicken breast, cubed/cooked
½ tsp thyme
Pepper to taste
½ C low-fat Bisquick
¼ C fat-free plain yogurt
3 tbsp fat-free milk
1 tsp diet margarine
Instructions
Heat gravy in a small saucepan. Add chicken, frozen vegetables, thyme, and pepper; heat thoroughly. Pour into a small casserole or baking dish (soufflé dishes also work great). Mix Bisquick, yogurt, milk, and margarine in a small bowl until well blended. Spoon Bisquick mixture onto the top of the chicken mixture and bake at 375o for 15 minutes or until slightly brown on top. Yield: 1 serving
