- 7 small flour or corn tortillas
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 450°. Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges with a pizza cutter or kitchen shears. Mix cinnamon and sugar. Brush tortilla wedges with water and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture. Bake for about 10 minutes or until crisp. Yield: 42 chips.
