Ingredients
1 C fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 C low-fat or fat-free plain yogurt
1/4 C radishes, finely chopped
1/4 C carrot, shredded
1-2 green onions, chopped
1/2 packet ranch or Italian dressing mix
Instructions
In a food processor, combine dressing, yogurt, and cottage cheese. Blend until smooth. Add vegetables and mix until evenly distributed. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours.
