Crunchy Vegetable Burrito Banditos

In a mixing bowl combine carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, and onions. Add cheese, dressing, and chili powder.  Mix until combined. Spoon about ½ C of the vegetable mixture into the center of each tortilla, top with lettuce, roll, and enjoy. Yield: 7 servings.
