Brush one side of each of the tortillas with vegetable oil. Place 5 of the tortillas oil side down on a cutting board and top with cheese and chicken. Place the other 5 tortillas oil side up on top of the other tortillas. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes on each side or until tortilla is brown and cheese is melted. Cut into 6 pieces and serve with salsa if desired. Yield: 5 servings.
