Place carrots in a small saucepan and fill with water until carrots are covered by an inch of water. Pour 2 T of orange juice into pan and cook carrots until slightly tender. Drain carrots and place in a small serving dish. Combine remaining orange juice, spices, margarine, brown sugar, and salt in the saucepan. Cook over low heat until margarine is melted and ingredients are blended. Pour over carrots and serve. Yield: 1 serving.
