Ingredients
- 4 7”-8” flour tortillas
- 4 thin slices of cooked ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 C finely chopped broccoli
- 1 tsp mustard
Instructions
Spread a little mustard on each of the tortillas. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each tortilla, and top with approximately ¼ C broccoli. Microwave on high for 1 min or until warm. Yield: 4 servings.
