Beat cheeses in a mixing bowl. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic powder, and hot pepper sauce, mix well. Shape into balls and roll in ham. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with fresh vegetables or low-fat crackers.
