Ingredients
- 5 ounces ground beef
- 4 ounces ground veal
- ¼ cup frozen egg substitute (thawed)
- 2 T chopped onion
- 1 T soft breadcrumbs
- 1 t chopped fresh parsley
- ½ T ketchup
- ¼ t garlic powder
- ½ t low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of salt
- Vegetable cooking spray
- 2 T ketchup
Instructions
Combine first 10 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Shape mixture into 2 (5 ½-inch) loaves. Place loaves in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Spread 1 T ketchup over each loaf. Bake at 350o for 1 hour. Remove from oven; let stand 5 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
