Wash chicken and pat dry, place in a shallow casserole or baking dish. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, spices, and soy sauce, mix well. Pour mixture over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours, for best flavor marinate over night. Chicken can be grilled or baked in marinade. When grilling extra marinade can be used for basting if desired. Yield: 2 servings.
