Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ C lemon juice
- 1 tsp dry rosemary
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash chicken and pat dry and place in a shallow casserole or baking dish. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, spices, and soy sauce and then mix well. Pour mixture over chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours; for best flavor marinate over night. Chicken can be grilled or baked in marinade. When grilling, extra marinade can be used for basting if desired. Yield: 2 servings.
