(Very) Low-Fat Crab Salad or Filling
Ingredients
- 16 oz fat-free cream cheese softened
- 12 oz crab flakes or imitation crab
- 1/8 C celery (diced very finely)
- 1/8 C carrots (shredded or diced)
- 2 tbsp onion, chopped (can substitute onion powder)
- 1 tsp fresh, crushed garlic
Instructions
Blend cream cheese, onion, and garlic. Add celery, crab, and carrots and mix until well blended. Serve with crackers, bread, or on lettuce leaves.
