(Very) Low-Fat Crab Salad or Filling
- 16 oz. fat-free cream cheese softened
- 12 oz. crab flakes or imitation crab
- 1/8 C celery (diced very finely)
- 1/8 C Carrots (shredded or diced)
- 2 T Onion chopped (can substitute onion powder)
- 1 t fresh, crushed garlic
Bend cream cheese, onion, and garlic, add celery, crab, and carrots, mix until well blended. Serve with crackers, bread, or atop lettuce leaves.
