Ingredients
- ½ lb fresh green beans
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- Olive oil-flavored vegetable cooking spray
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt-free lemon pepper
Instructions
Wash beans; remove ends. Place beans in a 13x9x2 inch pan; add garlic. Coat beans and garlic with cooking spray; toss well. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over beans and garlic; sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning. Bake at 450o for 8 minutes or until beans are crisp/tender, stirring once. Yield: 2 servings.
