- 3 slices fat-free deli-thin smoked cooked ham
- 1 T fat-free cream cheese
- 1 kosher dill sandwich pickle slice
- Crackers (optional)
Stack ham slices. Spread top slice with cream cheese. Place pickle on cream cheese along short edge of ham, roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Cut into quarters. Serve with crackers if desired.
