Cook spaghetti per package instructions. Drain and add margarine, Parmesan cheese, and egg to spaghetti. Spread in 9x13 baking pan. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti mix. Sauté ground beet, onion, green pepper, and garlic until brown, drain fat, add spaghetti sauce, sugar and oregano. Top the spaghetti and cottage cheese filling with meat mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for another 10 minutes. Yield: 8-10 servings.
