Peanut Butter Cup:
- 1 T creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ t honey
- 1 ½ t light cream cheese
- ½ carrot, cut into sticks
- ½ whole zucchini, cut into sticks
- ½ celery stalk, cut into sticks
Combine ingredients for peanut butter cup and mix well. Refrigerate until needed. Prepare vegetables and use to dip in the peanut butter mixture. Yield: 1 snack.
