Ingredients
Peanut Butter Cup:
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 ½ tsp honey
- 1 ½ tsp light cream cheese
Veggies:
- ½ carrot, cut into sticks
- ½ whole zucchini, cut into sticks
- ½ celery stalk, cut into sticks
Instructions
Combine ingredients for peanut butter cup, and mix well. Refrigerate until needed. Prepare vegetables, and use them to dip in the peanut butter mixture. Yield: 1 snack.
